Terms of use

Pre-release draft · October 8, 2026

The app has not launched. This draft describes the current implementation and proposed launch terms. Retention arrangements, provider terms and support email delivery require final confirmation. This document does not establish that the app is ready for App Review.

Proposed terms for the Sovva service by Sovva LLC. These require final approval before release. The separate Privacy Policy explains data processing and permissions.

1. App and license

Sovva provides AI image creation, original publishing and visual-style application. It requires an iPhone with iOS 26 or later, internet access and Sign in with Apple. These service rules supplement Apple’s Standard EULA unless a custom license is published in App Store Connect. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Apple rules prevail in a conflict.

Use the service only where lawful and if you can enter a valid agreement; minors need a legal representative’s permission where required. Final minimum-age rules will be published at launch.

2. Account

Protect your Apple Account and report suspected unauthorized use. Do not impersonate others, sell access or bypass restrictions, blocks, payment or purchase verification. We may restrict access to investigate violations, protect users or comply with law; this does not remove mandatory rights to complain, obtain refunds or challenge decisions.

3. Your content and rights

You retain your existing rights in uploaded materials. You confirm that you may upload them, obtain required permissions from depicted people and authorize processing for the chosen feature. Do not upload another person’s personal information or protected materials without a lawful basis.

You grant Sovva a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transform and transmit materials to providers as necessary for the requested features. This license does not make private content public. Publishing also permits display, designated style application by other users and recipe reveal through the relevant feature. It does not separately authorize advertising using your likeness or training our own models.

To the extent of Sovva’s available rights, we do not claim exclusive ownership of your results. Legal protection of AI output, uniqueness, lack of similarity and suitability for commercial use are not guaranteed. You must check third-party rights before using results. Independent results already created by other users are not automatically withdrawn when an original is deleted.

4. Content rules and reporting

Prohibited uses include unlawful content, sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, harassment, discrimination, fraud, harmful impersonation, copyright or privacy infringement, malware and interference with the service.

Use the creation or profile menu to report content and block a user. For rights or unlawful-content reports, include the work’s link or identifier, description, grounds and contact information. We may hide or remove violating content and restrict accounts. Contact support to challenge a decision. Operational filtering and timely report handling must be ready before launch.

5. Privacy and AI output

New creations are private by default. Only originals may be published; style applications stay private. Recipes are hidden by default but available through a separate reveal feature. AI sharing requires separate permission as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI may produce unwanted, inaccurate or unpredictable output. Review it before saving, publishing or otherwise using it. The service does not guarantee a particular likeness, quality, speed or uninterrupted availability and does not replace professional advice.

6. Credits, subscriptions and refunds

Credits pay for creation, style application and recipe reveal; costs are displayed before an action. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred between users and cannot be exchanged for cash except where law requires. App Store-purchased credits do not expire. If a job fails, its credit refund appears in the history; dissatisfaction with an artistic result is not itself a technical failure. Mandatory refund rights remain.

When Apple purchases are available, payment is confirmed in the system App Store sheet. Before subscription, the name, duration, full price and included benefits must be displayed. Available monthly/yearly plans and included credits follow the specific offer. A yearly price pays for the full year; a monthly equivalent is not monthly billing.

A subscription automatically renews until cancelled. Cancel through Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Renewal may be charged during the 24 hours before the period ends. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while retaining paid access through the period, unless Apple decides otherwise in connection with a refund. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription.

For Apple purchases, request a refund through Report a Problem. Apple considers refunds subject to applicable law; these terms do not impose an absolute no-refund rule. Use restore purchases for eligible subscriptions; consumable credits are accounted for on the server and should not be treated as another purchase when restoring. This website currently takes no payments; Stripe and T-Bank are not offered as active payment methods.

7. Deletion and service termination

You can delete the account in the app. Profile and creation deletion cannot be undone; save needed results, cancel subscriptions and resolve purchase questions first. Technical cleanup may take time. The Privacy Policy explains retained protection records. Any service termination does not remove lawful claims concerning paid services.

8. Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of error-free operation, uniqueness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for a user’s unlawful use of results or independent third-party conduct except to the extent responsibility is imposed on us by law.

These limitations do not exclude responsibility for intentional misconduct, fraud, personal injury or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not limit mandatory warranties, refund rights or data protection. A detailed liability cap and jurisdiction require approval based on the operator and launch countries; this draft imposes no arbitrary monetary cap or compulsory arbitration.

9. Changes and contact

We will notify users of material changes to applicable terms before they take effect and obtain renewed agreement where required. Changes do not remove accrued mandatory rights. For service, content-rights, reporting or dispute questions: support@sovva.app. Do not post personal information or payment-card details in public content.
